Kevin J. Lennon is best known in the industry for his maritime practice where he has experience in charter party disputes / arbitration; collisions, allisions, pier damage; shipboard investigations; maritime attachment; vessel arrest; defense of Jones Act, Longshore Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and passenger injury claims; cargo claims; and bankruptcy creditor claims. He is also regularly engaged in commercial and personal injury litigation in the state and federal courts.
