With an aging population (one of the largest demographics right now are the so-called “baby boomers”), the need for specific attention to the area of elder law concerns is great. We represent individuals concerning a variety of elder law issues, including: incapacity planning; Medicaid planning; elder abuse; and misappropriation of assets by individuals serving in a fiduciary capacity. We assist our clients in creating plans to remain in their homes with appropriate care, working with families and in-home care agencies.  We also work with many assisted living and skilled nursing care facilities throughout the state and are familiar with their operations.
