Patrick is recognized as one of the best when it comes to Transportation Law. He has extensive experience in charter party disputes, maritime and commercial arbitrations, hull and cargo damage claims, vessel casualty investigation and claims, security proceedings—including property liens, attachments and vessel arrests, personal injury defense (passenger, recreational boater, Jones Act seamen, longshoremen), wrongful death defense, U.S. Coast Guard civil and criminal investigations and enforcement proceedings, property disputes, marine casualty pollution response, salvage and general average. He also concentrates on insurance claims, insurance coverage disputes, commodities trade law, business law and immigration proceedings.
