Neil P. Phillips works with his clients in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration; Probate Litigation; Elder Law Real Estate and Mediation. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association and Fairfield County Bar Association. He is a member of the Elder Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Alternate Dispute Resolution section of the American and Connecticut Bar Association. He has also served as a Co-Chair of the Estates and Probate Section of the Fairfield County Bar Association.

Neil is also an adjunct professor at Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business teaching Estate Planning.

Affiliations and Community Involvement

Neil has served on the Board of Directors of the UJA Federation of Westport-Weston-Wilton-Norwalk. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Child Guidance Center of Mid-Fairfield County and he is actively involved in the development of a Young Leadership Council of the Norwalk Hospital Foundation.
