Anne C. LeVasseur is recognized for her knowledge and expertise in civil litigation in both federal and state courts with a focus on insurance defense, contract disputes, property/title disputes, domestic relations including dissolution of marriage and post judgment issues, probate, housing disputes and personal injury.
Anne also has extensive experience in maritime law including maritime insurance disputes and coverage issues, charter party disputes, maritime and commercial arbitrations, cargo damage and cargo contamination claims, vessel casualties including collisions, sinkings, and groundings, maritime security proceedings including vessel arrest and attachment, Jones Act, Longshore Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and vessel passenger injury claims.
