LMC&P is large enough to handle complex litigation and casualty response, yet small enough to be personally accessible to our large corporate and our individual clients.

    • Anne LeVassuer and Katherine Caulfield are busy helping the next generation of legal eagles. See below: The Connecticut Supreme Court will be traveling to Fairfield Warde High School on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 as part of the “On Circuit” program. The Court will hear arguments in two cases, one civil and one criminal. The arguments are open to the public and will take place in the school auditorium starting at 10:15 am. The “On Circuit” program provides students, teachers and the public with an opportunity to hear actual arguments and see the Court in action and gain a better understanding of its role and procedures. Students from Fairfield Warde, Fairfield Ludlowe, Fairfield College Preparatory School and Weston High School will attend the arguments. The Court will hear oral arguments in the case of State of Connecticut v. Thomas F. Bonilla, from the Waterbury Judicial District, and Gregoria Campos, Administratrix of the Estate of Jose Campos et al. v. Robert Coleman et. al. from the New Haven Judicial District. Arguments in each case will last approximately one hour. A question-and-answer period with counsel from the case, teachers and students will follow each argument. The students were prepared in advance of the argument by several volunteer attorneys who visited the schools, including LMCP attorneys Katherine Caulfield and Anne Casey LeVasseur.
